We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your Memora membership, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Memora also offers a 7-day free trial before any charge — you will not be billed until the trial ends. You can cancel any time during the trial from your profile page.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or email hello@keepmemora.com and we will help you.

After the 30 days

After 30 days we generally do not issue refunds, but you can cancel any time and you will not be charged again. Cancellations made mid-cycle keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
