You sat through the whole meeting. Now you're scrubbing a recording, retyping quotes, and guessing who said what. All just to give your tools the context they needed all along.

the busywork ends here
How it works

From spoken words to agent-ready text.

Three steps. No note-taking, no copy-paste archaeology, no wondering who said what.

01

Record

One tap. Capture the room through your mic or pull audio straight from a browser tab. Pause, resume, up to two hours.

02

Transcribe & summarize

Memora diarizes and transcribes automatically, then writes a short AI summary. Every line is labelled by speaker and tagged by language.

Export one clean Markdown file. Download it, paste it into your LLM, or connect over MCP so your agent grabs it itself — no copy-paste.

Wherever the meeting happens, Memora is already there.

OFFLINE · IN THE ROOM

The meeting that's actually in the room

Standups, client visits, interviews, lectures. Set your phone on the table and let the mic capture every voice. Diarization keeps them apart.

ONLINE · ON THE CALL

The call living inside a browser tab

Zoom, Meet, Teams, a webinar, a podcast. Share the tab with audio in the browser — or run the desktop app to capture true system audio, mic and call together, no tab-sharing needed. No bot joins, no awkward invite.

A recorder that already did the hard part.

Tap record. When you tap Done, Memora uploads, diarizes and transcribes in the background — then writes the summary. You come back to a finished, speaker-separated transcript your agent can read over MCP.

Don't paste transcripts. Let your agent reach in and grab them.

Memora ships a personal MCP server. Add it to Claude as a custom connector once — and it works across Claude on desktop, mobile and web. Your agent searches and reads every recording on its own. No copy-paste, no uploads, no integration to build.

Connect once, everywhere
Add one connector URL in Claude — desktop, mobile and web all get access. Sign in, approve, done.
search_notes
Your agent finds the right recording by title, summary, or anything said in it — no id hunting.
get_summary & get_rawnotes
Grab the quick AI summary, or pull the full speaker-separated transcript straight into the chat.
Scoped to you
The connector only ever sees your notes. Revoke access any time from the app.

Record system audio from your desktop.

The desktop app captures mic and system audio together — perfect for calls. Available now for Mac and Windows. Android and iOS are on the way.

On mobile? The web app works in any browser today.

Features

Everything the recording needs to become useful.

Speaker diarization

Knows who said what. Colour-coded, per-speaker labels separate every voice in the conversation automatically.

90+ languages

Auto-detects and tags language per segment across 90+ languages. Switch mid-conversation — even English and Indonesian in one sentence.

AI summary

Every recording gets a concise AI summary — the gist and the decisions — written automatically, ready before you open the transcript.

Up to 2 hours

Long-form ready. Audio is chunked and uploaded as you talk, so a two-hour board meeting just works.

Clean Markdown export

Every transcript is a single .md file: versionable, greppable, paste-able into any tool or model.

Background processing

Tap Done and walk away. Recordings transcribe in the background and surface the moment they're ready.

MCP connector

Add one connector URL to Claude and your agent searches, summaries and reads every recording itself — no copy-paste, no uploads.

Private by default

Row-level security scopes every recording to you. Audio lives in private storage. Nothing is public.

Privacy

GDPR-ready by design.

Access, portability and erasure aren't a support request — they're buttons in the app. Built to respect EU/UK data rights from day one.

Export your data

One click in your profile downloads everything we hold — account, recordings, transcripts and summaries — as a portable JSON file.

Delete it for good

Delete your whole account yourself, any time. Recordings, transcripts and storage are erased — no email tickets, no waiting.

Consent & control

Explicit consent at sign-up, no advertising cookies, and no voice biometrics collected. You decide what we keep.

Lawful processing

Row-level security scopes data to you, encryption in transit and at rest, and standard contractual clauses for transfers.

Read the full Privacy Notice.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Yes. Choose "Tab audio" and share the browser tab the call is running in with audio enabled. Memora records the call directly. No bot joins the meeting.

Up to two hours. Audio is split into chunks and uploaded while you record, then transcribed in parallel, so length isn't a problem.

Over 90 languages. Transcription auto-detects language and tags it per segment, and a single recording can mix several — English and Indonesian in one conversation is no problem.

A speaker-separated transcript inside the app, a short AI summary of the conversation, plus a single Markdown (.md) file you can download. Title, timestamps, speakers and language tags included.

Both. Every recording is summarized automatically — the gist and the decisions — so you can skim before reading the full speaker-separated transcript.

Two ways. Copy or attach the .md to any LLM or agent — it's plain structured Markdown that reads as clean context. Or connect Memora's MCP server so your agent reaches in and reads recordings itself, no copy-paste.

Yes. Memora ships a personal MCP server. Add the connector URL to Claude once (desktop, mobile and web) and your agent can search your notes, pull summaries and read full transcripts on its own. Access is scoped to you and revocable any time.

Recordings live in private storage scoped to your account with row-level security. Nothing is public, and only you can read your files.
